In an effort to gain a greater foothold in the wind maintenance and service business, TNT Crane & Rigging has purchased the crane operations of Turner Bros. LLC. Turner's trucking and pipe service businesses have been transferred to the former Turner owners via a spin-out, the company says.
While a purchase price was not released, TNT says the acquisition includes 60 Turner cranes as well as its five Texas-based branches.
Including Turner's fleet, TNT says its cranes, crawlers and boom trucks have the capability to provide a range of rigging capabilities.
