Siemens UK recently reached a milestone of 2 GW of generation capacity with the installation of turbine E1 at the Gunfleet Sands wind farm in the U.K.
This milestone has been achieved less than 18 months after Siemens completed the installation of its first gigawatt of wind turbine capacity.
The Gunfleet Sands wind farm is owned by Dong Energy.
