Shear Wind Inc. has announced that the Glen Dhu wind project in Nova Scotia has been completed and that all turbines have been erected and commissioned.
Shear Wind has plans in place to expand the 62 MW project, which is understood to be strategically suited for increased production. The site is expected to offer economic scale for expansion, according to the company.
The company is currently targeting three other near-term opportunities in New Brunswick, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
