Scottish renewable energy consultancy SgurrEnergy will provide strategic advice and support in the development of Zhuhai, the first offshore wind farm located in China's Guangdong province.
SgurrEnergy says it will advise the Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute on environmental impact assessment, as well as on wind farm layout and site selection and design.
No stranger to the country, SgurrEnergy says it worked alongside Chinese utility providers via the World Bank's China Renewable Energy Scale-up Program and EU Aid China.
