Senvion has inked an order for 11 MM100 and two MM92 turbines for the Vaclavice wind farm, located in Hradek nad Nisou in the Okres Liberec region of the Czech Republic.
Representing Senvion’s first contract with EEH s.r.o., the deal also includes a 15-year maintenance agreement. The wind project will have a total rated power of 26 MW, which will supply more than 17,000 households with power annually.
The first turbines for the Vaclavice wind farm will be delivered in June and are scheduled to be commissioned in October.
Senvion has already installed 19 wind turbines with a total rated power of 37 MW in the Czech Republic.
“We are very happy to have concluded this turbine contract in the Czech Republic and to have gained a new customer with EEH,” comments Jürgen Geissinger, CEO of Senvion. “The turbines are perfectly suited for the site’s conditions.”
