REpower Systems SE says it has signed a contract with enXco to provide 25 MM92 2.05 MW wind turbines for the 102.5 MW Shiloh IV wind project, located in Solano County, Calif. These turbines will supplement a previous order from enXco, and REpower will now supply the full capacity.
Installation of the turbines is scheduled for later in the year, and after the project is completed, REpower will be responsible for the service and maintenance of the wind farm for at least five years.
In 2008 and 2011, REpower delivered wind turbines for enXco's Shiloh II and Shiloh III wind farms. Together, the Shiloh II, III and IV wind farms will have a capacity of 355 MW.
