Peoria, Illinois-based O'Brien Steel has acquired the assets related to the tower and pole manufacturing operations of Rohn Products LLC, formerly a division of Radian Communication Services Inc.
According to O'Brien Steel, Rohn Products will continue to operate with little change, offering a full range of tower and pole turnkey solutions to customers around the world.
This move will allow Rohn Products to improve its operational efficiencies by taking advantage of natural synergies between the two companies.
