Hinesburg, Vt.-based NRG Systems Inc., a manufacturer of wind measurement systems, will give away a 60-meter XHD Calibrated Symphonie NOW System at the American Wind Energy Association's (AWEA) WINDPOWER 2008 Conference & Exhibition in Houston.
‘NRG is giving away a complete system to celebrate how far the industry and NRG Systems have come,’ says Barton Merle-Smith, NRG Systems director of marketing and sales. According to NRG Systems, the system comes with everything needed for wind measurement, including the XHD TallTower and six calibrated NRG #40C anemometers. The system also features a Symphonie Iridium Satellite iPack that comes with 400 prepaid minutes.
The drawing for the system will be held at 6 p.m. on June 3. AWEA conference attendees will be able to see the complete system and enter the drawing at the NRG Systems booth.
