Nordex Supplying Turbines For French Wind Farm Developed In-House

0

Via its Nordex Development distribution channel, the Nordex Group has sold the Mont d’Erny wind farm – located in the north of France in the former Nord-Pas-de-Calais region – to Rive Private Investment, a French fund company that invests in renewable energy, among other areas.

In turn, Nordex will be supplying five N100/2500 turbines, which have a total capacity of 12.5 MW, for the project.

The project has been developed in collaboration with French company Maia Eolis.

Nordex will be starting on the infrastructure work this summer; installation of the turbines is scheduled for the beginning of 2017. The machines will be serviced by Nordex on the basis of a premium service agreement over an initial period of 15 years.
