Nordex has signed a 21.6 MW deal with Kale Enerji to supply nine N117/2400 turbines to a wind project in Turkey.
The Dilek Res project is located close to the town of Kahramanmaras. According to Nordex, the site features mean wind speeds of 6.8 m/s, and the N117/2400 turbine is specifically designed to accommodate such light wind speeds.
Nordex has also signed a five-year premium service contract for the project, and the deal also includes the option for another turbine for the wind farm.
