New Website Provides Offshore Wind Energy Resources

0

The US Offshore Wind Collaborative (USOWC) has launched a new online portal designed to inform stakeholders in the emerging U.S. offshore wind energy industry.

The site, called Offshore WindHub, offers resources related to offshore wind policy, technology, economics and siting, with a focus on East Coast states and federal activities.

The Offshore WindHub provides a searchable database of available information from each state, as well as from key federal agencies. Future development phases will target new geographic regions, international resources, tools and analysis.

Development of the Offshore WindHub was funded through grants from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority and the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.
