Natural Power has announced the signing of a joint services agreement with wind turbine inspection and maintenance services company Rev1 Renewables, a division of Rev1 Power Services Inc.
The companies say they have fostered a combined management and services client portfolio of 1,340 MW of wind and solar energy projects and are actively seeking to expand in the U.S.
Natural Power's services include 24/7/365 remote monitoring via an operational control room – called WindCentre – power-production forecasting, supervisory control and data acquisition analysis, and health, safety and environment management.
The joint services agreement combines Natural Power's expertise in providing management services on a large fleet of wind projects with Rev1's field-service crews and local expertise, according to the companies.
