NACEL Energy Corp. has executed an agreement and acquired two substantial share blocks of Mandan, N.D.-based Crownbutte Wind Power Inc. NACEL is now the largest shareholder of Crownbutte.
Crownbutte was established in 1999 and installed the first utility-scale wind power facility in Chamberlain, S.D. The company currently has a pipeline of wind projects in various phases of development throughout the Dakotas and Montana.
