Marubeni Corp. and DONG Energy have finalized an agreement whereby Marubeni will acquire a 49.9% stake in the 172 MW Gunfleet Sands offshore wind farm.
Completion of the transaction, which was first announced in September, was conditional on certain matters relating to financing.
