Vancouver, British Columbia-based LGC Skyrota Wind Energy Corp. has engaged Toronto-based BarnesMcInerney Inc. (BMI) to provide strategic investor relations consulting services. BMI offers a fully integrated suite of products, with a focus on strategic investor relations, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate communications and new-media solutions.
The company's engagement of BMI coincides with its recently completed acquisition of Limavady Gear Co., a European provider of wind turbine maintenance services.
LGC Skyrota will pay BMI a monthly fee for a period of 12 months. Neither BMI nor any of its employees holds an interest – directly or indirectly – in LGC Skyrota, nor any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
