San Diego-based engineering and project management firm Kleinfelder has acquired engineering, architecture and planning firm SEA Consultants Inc. The transaction closed on Nov. 13. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
SEA, which employs more than 200 in seven locations, will become Kleinfelder/SEA and represent the New England region for Kleinfelder after the transition.
