Juhl Wind Inc., a community wind developer based in Minnesota, has begun construction on a 1.5 MW wind project in Winona County, Minn. The project is expected to cost approximately $3.6 million and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. The Winona County project will utilize two Unison direct-drive wind turbine generators.
