Juhl Wind Inc., a community wind developer based in Woodstock, Minn., recently entered into a feasibility study agreement with a group of local owners to study and develop a 5.4 MW community wind farm in Jackson County, Minn. The Delafield project comprises seven local farmer owner/partners and is located approximately 5 miles southeast of Windom, Minn.
