Along with Invenergy's previous purchases of 600 MW for 2007 and 700 MW for 2008 from GE, this provides 2,100 MW of wind turbines for Invenergy's 2007-09 programs.

Invenergy Wind currently has 13 facilities, representing more than 1,200 MW of wind projects in operation and construction in the U.S. and Europe. Wind energy projects completed and under construction by Invenergy Wind are expected to generate more than 3.6 billion kWh per year.
