Hexcel Corp., an advanced composites company, reports that electrical power has been restored and the production lines are now back in operation at its Decatur, Ala., plant following disruption from severe weather on April 27.
Hexcel, which is headquartered in Stamford, Conn., manufactures structural materials used in wind turbine blades.
