Max Bogl Wiesner GmbH is the project's investor and operator. According to GE, the turbine's advanced controls, paired with the 120-meter rotor and a hybrid tower with a hub height of 139 meters, allow for a more efficient energy output and make the turbine well suited for low-wind conditions.
