GE has announced the acquisition of Commtest, a producer of vibration analysis and monitoring equipment. GE Energy's Bently Nevada product line will incorporate Commtest products into its portfolio. Bently Nevada provides machinery protection and condition monitoring for wind farms, power plants and refineries.
