Gamesa says it has secured a new seven-year agreement with the Vapat Group for the provision of operations and maintenance (O&M) services covering a capacity of 216 MW in Spain.
This marks the O&M renewal for this customer’s G90-2.0 MW turbines, installed in several wind farms throughout Castile and León, which the company has been servicing since they were commissioned in 2010.
Gamesa’s end-to-end proposition in the wind power industry is rounded out by its O&M area, which services over 400 customers for which it maintains some 8,100 MW in Spain and over 22,300 MW in another 35 countries.
The Vapat Group currently operates some 472 MW of wind power capacity in Spain.
