Frontier Pro Services LLC, a provider of wind energy operations and maintenance service, has completed the acquisition of Monitek Inc., which offers condition-monitoring equipment that utilizes its own proprietary monitoring software.
All of Monitek's staff will remain with the company under the continued management of the former owner, Ross Mackellar.
