Frontier Pro Services LLC (FPS), a California-based operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions provider to the wind industry, says it has acquired the assets associated with Spin Trends LLC, a wind turbine inspection business.
Integration into the FPS system has now been completed. Spin Trends will operate as a division of FPS under the continued guidance of its founder, Darrin McCulloch.
Spin Trends is a Touchet, Wash.-based business that conducts complete wind turbine end-of-warranty inspections across the U.S., Canada and Mexico, and specializes in borescope and condition-monitoring (vibration) of wind turbines.
FPS' wind turbine services include a range of technology and specialty services in the areas of large composite blade repair and balancing, dynamic rotor balancing, contract O&M, as well as condition monitoring through its fully owned subsidiary, Monitek Inc.
