FreedomWorks Oregon is preparing to launch the Campaign for Affordable and Reliable Energy (CARE), which will promote the development of clean, affordable and reliable sources of energy.
FreedomWorks is a nationwide, grassroots organization. Its Oregon chapter has 30,000 activists. The CARE campaign is part of a larger national voter education and turnout effort by FreedomWorks to unlock domestic and emerging sources of energy for American consumers.
The group believes that existing technologies and new sources of energy can both be leveraged to provide clean and reliable energy. Also part of the CARE campaign launch, FreedomWorks will distribute a new poll taken of Oregon voters focusing on energy issues.
