Newton, Mass.-based First Wind will host a ground-breaking ceremony on Nov. 14 in Milford, Utah, to celebrate the beginning of construction on its Milford Wind Corridor project. The ceremony will bring together state and local political officials, environmental agencies and members of the local community. First Wind officials will also be on hand to discuss the economic and environmental benefits of Milford Wind for the surrounding area.
Speakers will include First Wind President and CEO Paul Gaynor, officials from the Bureau of Land Management, Milford Mayor Bryan Sherwood and other federal, state and local political officials.
