Newton, Mass.-based First Wind Holdings Inc. has filed a registration statement on form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock.
An application will be made to list the Class A common stock on the NASDAQ global market under the symbol WNDY. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and JPMorgan will serve as joint lead book-running managers of this offering.
