Citing a need to provide both debt and tax equity capabilities, Seminole Financial Services and Round Rock Partners have formed a joint venture to assist in the financing of qualified renewable energy projects.
According to the firm, the joint venture brings together two organizations with years of experience in the market at a time when consistent sources of financing are difficult to obtain. The company's principals have combined to finance tax-incented projects representing more than $1 billion and have engaged in various structures in the debt and tax equity markets.
