enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) for up to a 100 MW wind facility to be built in Solano County, Calif.
enXco will develop, build and own the Shiloh III Wind Project, and while Pacific Gas & Electric will purchase the power generated under a 20-year PPA. The project will be operated and maintained by enXco Service Corp.
The Shiloh III Wind Project is subject to the approval of the California Public Utilities Commission.
