enXco Service Corp., an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, has signed an operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement with the Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA) for the 50 MW Linden wind project located in Klickitat County, Wash.
The Linden wind project, developed by enXco for the SCPPA on behalf of participating members the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the City of Glendale, consists of 25 REpower MM92 turbines.
Construction of the project commenced in November 2009 and achieved commercial operation in June. enXco provided commissioning assistance during construction and will now provide on-site O&M for the balance of plant during the warranty period and for the turbines post-warranty.
