Dokka Fasteners Inc., a provider of large-diameter fasteners to wind turbine manufacturers and their suppliers, has announced that its parent company, The Wurth Group, has acquired the assets of Cardinal Fastener & Specialty Co. Inc., another fastener manufacturer.
The company says the acquisition will complement its existing product and process line and allow it to offer further commodities and sizes to its customers.
Cardinal will continue its operations in Cleveland, the companies note.
