Emerging Energies has applied to the Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC) to build a 41-turbine, 102.5 MW wind project in the towns of Forest and Cylon, Wis., about 25 miles east of the Minnesota border, the Wisconsin State Journal reports.
The PSC has 30 days to determine if the application is complete, and up to a year to make a decision on the project.
