Cascades Day Spa in Nova Scotia is now powered with 100% renewable energy, according to BullFrog Power.
Bullfrog's Maritimes generators will inject renewable electricity onto the regional grid to match the amount of power Cascades Day Spa uses. Bullfrog's electricity comes from wind and hydro facilities that have been certified as low impact by Environment Canada under its EcoLogo program.
In the Maritime provinces, Bullfrog sources electricity from wind farms and low-impact hydro facilities in Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick.
