Phoenix-based consultancy SWCA Environmental Consultants says it will offset 100% of its energy usage through the purchase of renewable energy credits (RECs).
The program, offered through Renewable Choice Energy, encourages further development of the renewable energy market and renewable energy projects while helping promote clean air and fight global climate change. The RECs support wind, solar and hydroelectric projects throughout the U.S., notes SWCA.
