Element Power says construction has been completed at its 50.4 MW Macho Springs Wind Project, located in Luna County, N.M.
The output from the project will be sold to Tucson Electric Power under a long-term power purchase agreement. Construction on the wind farm, which features 28 Vestas V100-1.8 MW wind turbines, began in January.
