Constellation Energy To Supply Wind RECs To Mayors’ Conference

Constellation Energy says it will donate renewable energy certificates (RECs) to match all of the estimated energy use associated with the U.S. Conference of Mayors' 79th Annual Meeting, which takes place in Baltimore from June 17-20. The Green-e Energy-certified RECs will come from wind energy facilities in the U.S.

The annual meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors will bring hundreds of mayors to Baltimore to discuss policy issues affecting cities. Constellation Energy is a corporate sponsor of the conference.
