Cartier Wind Energy has commissioned its 100.5 MW Anse-a-Valleau wind farm on Quebec's Gaspe Peninsula, the second of six wind farms that Hydro-Quebec has contracted it to build and operate.
Construction of the $164 million project began in October 2006 and was complete on time and on budget.
