Capital Safety, home of the DBI-SALA and PROTECTA brands of fall-protection equipment, has announced the opening of a new distribution center in Windsor Locks, Conn.
The new distribution hub will complement Capital Safety's existing distribution centers located in Minnesota, Southern California and Texas.
This new distribution center will improve shipping times to Capital Safety customers in the Northeast U.S., as well as help reduce overall transportation costs, according to the company.
‘Our new distribution center in Connecticut will benefit our customers because we will have our most popular DBI-SALA and PROTECTA brand products in stock locally,’ says Kevin Coplan, vice president of sales for Capital Safety.
In addition, a will-call pickup option will be available with access to the new facility, as well as same-day shipping on most orders. The center will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
