Toronto-based Bullfrog Power has signed an agreement to purchase all of the power from Magnum Wind Energy Corp.'s Zurich Wind Farm – an 800 kW project that consists of an Enercon E-48 wind turbine.
‘The price premium offered by Bullfrog Power is an incentive to wind energy developers,’ says Charles Edey, president of Magnum Wind Energy. ‘Bullfrog Power customers provide a green premium that spurs the amount of new renewable electricity being generated in the province.’
Bullfrog Power sources power exclusively from low-impact hydro and wind generators, such as Magnum Wind Energy, that meet or exceed the Canada's environmental choice program, EcoLogo.
