Blue Diamond Ventures Renewables LLC – an affiliate of Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. – and FreedomWorks LLC are moving toward final completion of their designs for their proposed 198 MW wind project, plus 68 miles of transmission line in Huerfano County, Colo. Construction is anticipated to begin this year.

In addition, the financing structure for the proposed $420 million wind project in southern Colorado is also progressing.
