Power generation and renewable energy construction services provider Blattner Energy is opening an office in San Juan, P.R., which is expected to support the commonwealth's shift away from fossil fuels to renewable energy, such as wind and solar.
According to the company, Blattner Energy Puerto Rico will serve as the hub of Blattner Energy's solar and wind power installations across the island. Notably, the company already has developed several solar projects across the region.
Blattner Energy claims to have more megawatts of renewable energy installations than any other engineering, procurement and construction contractor in North America.
