Miami-based Atlantic Wind and Solar Inc. has signed with Geneva Bancorp Inc. (GBCorp) for investment banking and investor relations services.
GBCorp will assist Atlantic with targeting new merger and acquisitions candidates, corporate structure maximization, and introduction to select GBCorp's corporate clientele and associates to seek potential joint ventures and to facilitate new financing and funding packages to complete proposed acquisitions.
