The council for the Township of Wellington North in Ontario has passed the proposed zoning bylaw amendment (ZBLA) for the development of Schneider Power Inc.'s Arthur Wind Farm, according to the company.
The Arthur Wind Farm, part of the Arthur Wind Farm LP with Energy Farming Invest Inc., has secured a long-term power purchase agreement with the Ontario Power Authority. The project will utilize five Enercon wind turbine generators with an expected nameplate capacity of 10 MW.
