Affinity Wind LLC, a St. Louis-based wind development company, has reached an agreement to form a joint venture with Chicago-based Suzlon Wind Energy Corp., a subsidiary of Sulzon Energy Ltd.
Suzlon will co-develop with Affinity Wind its project located in Illinois, and the agreement contemplates similar joint development of future Affinity wind projects. Suzlon will also be responsible for turbine supply for this first project and potential future projects.
