A2SEA To Provide Installation Vessel For U.K.’s Dudgeon Offshore Farm


Offshore wind installation and services provider A2SEA has been awarded a contract to support the 402 MW Dudgeon offshore wind farm project in the U.K.

The Denmark-based company will provide its offshore vessel Sea Installer for the installation of 67 Siemens' 6 MW turbines.

The Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm, located 32 km off the coast of North Norfolk in the U.K., is owned by Statoil, Masdar and Statkraft. The wind farm is scheduled to be commissioned by the end of 2017.
