Ballast Nedam – a Netherlands-based construction company that provides construction services for many industries, with a specialty in offshore wind turbine foundations – says it has reached an agreement on the takeover of part of the activities of Dutch construction company van Bree.
The agreement concerns the takeover of 15 projects with a total volume of approximately 20 million euros and the building service property maintenance activities. The acquired businesses will be integrated into Ballast Nedam Building & Development Region South in Eindhoven.
