Hiab, a division of Cargotec, has received a €5 million order for loader cranes to be used in offshore wind turbines, slated for delivery this year.
The HIAB SWP crane model was ordered, which the company says is custom-designed for the service operation of offshore wind turbines due to its nacelle installation.
“This order greatly acknowledges Hiab as a trusted global partner in the offshore wind sector. We are well-prepared and excited to support the customer in the years ahead,” says Hiab’s Artur Jaslowski.
