ERG, through its subsidiary ERG USA, has acquired a 75% portfolio stake from Apex Clean Energy that includes one wind farm and one solar power plant in the U.S.
Both projects are operational, says the company, with a total installed capacity of 317 MW and an estimated production of approximately 1 TWh.
The transaction marks ERG Group’s first step into the overseas renewable market.
