Wind Energy Services Co. (WES), a specialist in composite components such as blades, nacelles and nose cones, says it will expand its service offerings – as well as double its workforce – in the coming year in order to meet the evolving needs of wind farm operators.
WES' new services will include dynamic rotor balancing, rotor service maintenance programs, and the replacement of composite parts for older-model equipment.
In addition, WES is now supplying custom orders of replacement blades, nacelles, spinners, hatches and other FRP components that are no longer stocked by the original equipment manufacturer.
With the business expansion, WES anticipates doubling its workforce in the coming year, and is actively recruiting talent for its Gainesville, Texas, headquarters, as well as for its satellite service centers in California and South Dakota.
